Bartenders over the world are getting more experimental with creating their own special gin&tonic recipe. Other venues let the customer build their own gin: Choose your gin, tonic and add some colour.
For the bartender it all starts with the perfect glass. What do you choose for your gin cocktail? An elegant hi-ball, a quirky old-fashioned tumbler or a stylish goblet. If you create a G&T you would definitely go for a hi-ball or goblet, as it gives you a bigger opportunity to add tonic and some colour, such as cordial, berries, flowers,...
Don't forget your customers who will sip at neat gin. Perfect for this are the old fashioned tumblers: a shot of gin and a couple of ice cubes.
